Sculptural Shapes

Clockwise: Nasty Gal Skirt, Zara Dress, Pixie Market Pants and Top, Carven Skirt, Zinke Bikini

After falling in love with the peplum, I've grown to admire simple silhouettes with a touch of gathering or ruffles. These pieces are very basic but have strong sculptural elements. They may have you feeling like a living work of art!

American Apparel Collared Shirt and Circle Skirt, J.Crew Sweater, Comme Des Garçons Play Converse

Today I turned seventeen! Although birthdays celebrate getting older, I think it's always important to keep a sense of wonder and naiveté. That's what drew me to shoot today's outfit in front of a children's clothing store on Montana Avenue. The exterior walls are illustrated with youthful drawings that give me childlike joy.

All In One

Nastygal Romper, Ted Baker Playsuit, Motel Playsuit, Dolce Vita Romper

To put it simply, rompers rule. They make getting dressed incredibly easy. From boat-necks to button-downs and playful pink to paisley, each romper is a one of a kind!

Blue Period

I recently took these pictures of my friend Mackenzie for a blue-themed photo shoot. The color has been popping up a lot for me lately; I must be going through my 'blue period!'

Blending In

Topshop Jacket, Nasty Gal Skirt and Flats, Marc by Marc Jacobs Mouse Flats, American Apparel Bag

Camouflage is the new black. It seems to have become a wardrobe staple. Maybe that's because black, brown, khaki, and army green can blend in with just about anything. In addition to the classic camo jacket, the print can now be found on bags, shoes, and more!

50 Shades of Blue

Madewell Tank & Chambray Shirt, BP Nordstrom Jeans, Isabel Marant Etoile Necklace, Ariel Gordon Love Knot Ring, Hand-me-down Aquamarine Ring, Liberty of London for Bensimon Sneakers

From polka-dotted denim to floral print sneakers, I have several blue patterned pieces in my wardrobe. I thought it would be fun to mix them together in an outfit. What could've been a pattern overdose turned out just fine!
