I've really been loving the long/full skirt trend lately, and when I found this particular skirt in my mother's closet I was very tempted to wear it! It's funny to me how often I change my mind about different styles of clothing, for example how not too long ago I was wearing a tight, zippered mini-skirt and now I'm wearing a below the knee drawstring skirt. But I guess that's just how trends work and how things go! 

As you can probably notice, my hair is much shorter! I mentioned a couple posts earlier that I got the chop on my birthday, and since then I've been absolutely loving it! My hair is much easier to manage, and it feels very light which is great. The only downside is whenever I attempt to put it in a ponytail all the short bits fall out and it looks a bit silly. Who knows, maybe I can start a half up half down ponytail trend!
