Wishing everyone happy holidays! I'm currently in New York right now, celebrating the holidays with my family. I love the snow here, because it's a drastic change in weather compared to the heat in LA. Winter is my favorite time of the year, and I can't get enough of the chilly weather!

As you know, I am now part of the Teen Vogue Fashion Click website. They are hosting a holiday outfit challenge, and this is my entry. Please vote for me! xo Ella

Knitted Bra

Since I took a beginning knitting class at the Urban Craft Center, I've been obsessed. I've been searching YouTube and finding knitting tutorials on different projects to try, and I found this video on how to knit a bathing suit top/bra, which you can find here. I tried it, and succeeded, except for the fact that it's way to small on me. I'm very proud of it though, and I'd like to make one that I can actually wear. xo Ella

Exciting news! I am a new blogger for Teen Vogue Fashion Click! This means that every outfit post I put up will go onto their website, which you can visit here. I'm so lucky to have received such a wonderful opportunity, thank you so much Teen Vogue.

The fog has been rolling in, I'm really loving it. The color palette of this outfit really fits in with the weather, and also keeps me warm! The scarf was a holiday gift from my grandparents, and I've been wearing it all the time now, it's super cozy. Happy almost winter break! xo Ella

Today was the last day of a fashion sketching class that I took. This was the final project that I created, and I'm really proud of it! I pushed the boundaries a little bit, and did something different then the other kids in the class. For example, I chose not to draw faces on the models, and instead of mounting the sketches onto plain white paper, I layered tracing paper over my inspiration board and glued them on. The outfits are all really simple, and things that I can definitely see myself wearing. xo Ella

Note: I didn't draw the bodies by hand, they were traced, but I drew everything else myself. Just to clear that up...

Inspirational beyond words. I love so many aspects of this video, from the model's red lipped gapped-tooth mouth to the sparkly nails.

I'm not sure if this was the idea of the film, but it makes me believe that no matter how old you are, you're never to old to act like a little kid. I can also think of it as a young girl who's in a woman's body, choosing different outfits for herself.

The sparkles kill me, I love them so much. I'm usually not a huge fan of glitter and gems, but the stylist styled with such impeccable taste that I can't help but fall for them.

Now I'm itching to get my hands on one of those tiaras, I'd totally wear it all the time.

I went to a William Eggleston photography exhibit at LACMA over winter break, and I loved it so much that I got a set of 25 postcards of his photos. These were some of my favorites. (The first one is my number one because the boy is such a babe) xo Ella
