Headband - Made by moi
Vest - LF
Cami - American Apparel
I made this headband a couple of days ago out of some scrap fabric, pretty messily, but I'm really satisfied with how it turned out! Hopefully everyone's been having a nice break, I definitely have been. The weather is so nice and chilly and windy, and I love the feeling of being able to put on a pair of cozy pajamas and drink a steaming cup of tea. Can't wait to watch Glee tonight! xo Ella

I'm pretty sure the song is whip my hair, not whip my hairless head.
Just a little outfit I put together, and I would love to call it my own.
Cardigan - Forever 21 (Not in stores yet, found through article on Nylon's site)
Lace bra - Madewell
Skirt - Shop Nasty Gal
Wedges - Urban Outfitters
Some random thoughts that I feel the strange need to share with whoever is reading:
• Sky Ferreira was in Teen Vogue! Woot woot!
• Lea Michele cannot dance, and Gwynneth knocked her out of the park in the number they did on Glee this week.
• Wake me up before you go-go is kind of excellent (wink to Mia if you're reading this).
• I was at a Bat mitzvah recently and their was a bald guy twirling his head around while the song "Whip my hair" played. If you don't have any hair then what's point?
Happy Friday to all, and happy break to me! I have the entire week off next week, which will be loads of fun. Family is visiting, and we're planning on going to some Hello Kitty art thing and the new fashion exhibit at LACMA. Thanks for all the lovely comments I've been getting! xo Ella

It's been a while...
First off, I'd like to say that I'm extremely sorry for being such a terrible blogger. I haven't posted in a while, because my homework load has been incredibly immense, and it's a little overwhelming.
Shirt - Steven Alan borrowed from mom
Skirt - Urban Outfitters
Shoes - Dolce Vita
Sunglasses - Handmedown from dad
Sorry, I seem to be wearing the skirt and shoes in just about every one of my posts. They're sort of staple pieces in my wardrobe, so I do wear them often. Especially the shoes, I wear them almost every day! They are to me what a baby is with a blanket, paper is with a pencil, shoes are with socks; you get the point.
I would love a pair of wedges, though I can't seem to find any that are a reasonable price and aren't super tall. I'm 5'6 (and a half) so I can't really wear 3.5 inch wedges to school, unless I want to look like a giraffe among a group of ants.
The photos were inspired by Jessica Wu's latest post where the pictures were taken in her garage. I really liked them, so I decided to do my own.
